How To: Wear Shorts in the Fall/Winter
Seasonal clothes like shorts tend to have a short shelf life. In California they have a longer life than in most places but for me it never seems long enough. That's why I pair my shorts come fall and winter with tights, boots, sweaters, or all three! Art Comes in Many Forms
I believe I moved to the Peninsula at just the right time. After landing a job in Los Altos and commuting for months I knew it was what I needed to do to stay sane but the thought of never returning to my beloved San Francisco was a hard pill to swallow. Fashion Trick: The Ballet Belt
You most likely don't know this, but I used to be a ballet dancer. Ballet was my life from age three until age 18. When my career ended, due to injury, I held onto bags of my things in storage, from one-of-a-kind leotards, warmers, and even my custom pointe shoes, in hopes that one day I would miraculously no longer have chronic achilles tendentious and be able to get right back in the studio and be as good as I was prior to my injury (sadly I knew that would not be my reality).
