This Free People yellow floral duster caught my eye immediately when I was shopping for our trip to Catalina Island. At first I was trying to decide how I would style it. I could leave it unbuttoned and style with a basic white tank top and a pair of shorts or jeans or I could button it up and add some soft lace via my blush lace bodysuit with my high waist jeans. When planning our family trip to Catalina Island the first thing I thought about was how we were going to get to the Island. I just got home from a week long trip down to Southern CA with my family. We spent a day in Long Beach before flying over to Catalina Island. Traveling with an almost 17 month old had it's challenges but it was also so much fun!! The road trip down south and back was probably the hardest part for Mason. My last day in New York I didn’t have any shows and so I was able to sleep in, enjoy a leisurely brunch, and do a few touristy things. I’ve always wanted to visit this restaurant, Pietro Nolita. I’ve seen is all over Instagram…it’s very instagrammable, as it’s all pink inside and has the cutest décor. Date Night at The Wildflower
During our family trip to Canada Justin and I scheduled a date night one night while we were in Whistler. Justin and I at first were a little hesitant getting a babysitter since we've never left Mason with anyone except our parents but realized we really needed a little time to ourselves.
