Gals, have you heard of the maxi romper?! I hadn’t until just recently when I spotted this adorable number in Target of all places. I mean, I love Target but I typically don’t find new trends there because I’ve seen them elsewhere first then spot an amazing lookalike for less than half the price of the other one. This adorable maxi romper is so comfortable and perfect for a casual day out with friends in sandals (if you’re tall enough) or if you’re a shorty like me then you’ll opt for nude mules.
So for those of you who might still be confused as to what a maxi romper is, it’s pretty if a maxi dress and a romper had a baby this is what it would be. The open-front maxi-length skirt and romper lining make this piece equal parts fun and elegant! The surplice necklace makes it perfect for breastfeeding mamas because of the easy access. I’m always looking for pieces that can make breastfeeding in public a breeze without having to worry about flashing anyone as Mason goes on and off from nursing.
I’d like to think of the maxi romper as a modern mama outfit. What do you think though, is this a trend worth rocking?!
