Twillys are a fun way to customize and dress up your bags. So I wanted to share 8 ways to tie an Hermes Twilly on your bag handles to give you some inspiration. It's up to you if you want to tie a twilly on one or both handles of your bags. In my personal opinion, I think you either wrap a twilly around each handle or none at all. Having a twilly on your bag handles will protect the leather. Therefore, you will get inconsistent wear on your handles if they're not on both. But if you're just looking to get one twilly to decorate your bag with many of these ways to tie an Hermes twilly work great as any accessory to your bag. If you're not concerned about wear on your bag handles, I highly recommend giving these a try! And the beauty about these is you can always switch them up! They're super easy to do, and don't take much time, so on ... Read more...
Sequin Embellished Cardigan
We finally had a break in the rain the last couple of days and so I rushed to get outside before the next storm that's supposed to hit us. It's seriously been crazy how much rain we've gotten in Santa Cruz and how much flooding and damage it has caused to the roadways. I'm just so thankful I don't have to go over the hill anymore for work! Anyway, the rain went away but the cold definitely didn't!! I've been freezing in our house even with our fireplace on and have been bundling up as much as possible to stay warm so when I wanted ... Read more...
NYFW Pack List
As you could tell from my blog and social media accounts I am not attending NYFW this season. I'm skipping the cold and staying home with Mason who just turned five months yesterday. I shared my sultry blue Valentine outfit with you all the other week and as promised I wanted to share another dress that's perfect for the holiday of love! This See by Chloe dusty pink dress has the right amount of femininity with the ties on the sides and deep v-neck with gathered detail. The crepe material and overall shape of the dress falls really nicely and is super comfortable, perfect for after dinner and dessert ;-) I styled this dress with my velvet flats for a more casual V-Day look but this dress would look amazing with ... I like You A Culotte
I've now gotten these culottes in two versions. I wore the lace ones here and now I'm sharing another way to style these DVF culottes with a basic v-neck tee for a work appropriate look. High waisted culottes tend to be very figure flattering. I love the fit of these pants with the small pleats in the front and the smooth flat fit in the back. These pants are definitely the focal point of the outfit so keeping to neutral pieces to compliment them works best. Earrings: Stella & Dot. ... Read more...
