Twillys are a fun way to customize and dress up your bags. So I wanted to share 8 ways to tie an Hermes Twilly on your bag handles to give you some inspiration. It's up to you if you want to tie a twilly on one or both handles of your bags. In my personal opinion, I think you either wrap a twilly around each handle or none at all. Having a twilly on your bag handles will protect the leather. Therefore, you will get inconsistent wear on your handles if they're not on both. But if you're just looking to get one twilly to decorate your bag with many of these ways to tie an Hermes twilly work great as any accessory to your bag. If you're not concerned about wear on your bag handles, I highly recommend giving these a try! And the beauty about these is you can always switch them up! They're super easy to do, and don't take much time, so on ... Read more...
Weekend Highlight: Quality Time with L&J
You know how they say "you don't miss the water until the well runs dry," well it's good to be reminded the things you tend to take for granted. This weekends highlight was spending time with my two Yorkies, Lexie and Jackson (L&J.) I am a working girl now and last week, my first week at work, I missed L&J so much. I got so used to spending so much time with them I took that time for granted. Saturday was spent with a walk in Capitola along the beach, through the first annual Pleasure Point Street Fair, lunch outside by ... Read more...

Label For Less
The other day while I was helping my friend, a Bride-to-Be, shop dresses for her bridal shower I came across this awesome textured denim moto jacket. It was Free People on sale and well sadly the size 2 was just a little big. I've been searching since then with no luck. Very limited sizes left and I know why. That being said during my online search I came across this Rag & Bone denim version with leather sleeves. It's very wearable and definitely lighter on your wallet in comparison to all leather versions. BlankNYC's version is ... Read more...
Brighten up a Gloomy day
It seems like whenever it's overcast I feel I need to dress the opposite of the weather. I gravitate towards bright colors and/or bold prints. Today I reached for my hot pink lace top I got from J. Crew not too long ago. It's one of those pieces I am constantly wanting to put on! I paired the top with my go-to distressed boyfriend jeans and metallic pointy toe flats. I was so happy when I picked these suckers up years ago and then recently after they went in for surgery to be repaired and given a second life! Even though there ... Read more...
Make a Statement
If you haven't noticed I have been a little jewelry obsessed lately. That's because I've realized that my jewelry box could use some updating. I've been gravitating towards bracelets and bangles that can be combined with my current pieces. What I haven't been doing is looking for statement pieces that can stand alone and make an outfit. I was recently introduced to a jewelry line called ÉVOCATEUR. I'm not sure if after reading this you're thinking "where has she been," but honestly they're new to me. After looking at their lovely ... Read more...
